Shake Counselling provide an outstanding service for young people. The facility includes a basketball court, gym equipment, PlayStation and plenty of room to have a chat to the Counsellors and Mentors. Jaxsyn and his team have truly created a space dedicated to young people using movement-based activities whilst having the skills, knowledge and passion to support young people in need.
I cannot thank Shake Counselling enough for the impact they had on my students! All counsellors were able to form really strong relationships with students who have additional learning needs. They were able to tailor their program to be more relatable to the boys and provide them much needed life skills to assist with their personal and emotional development! I saw students in a completely different light and Shake provided a space for students to be calm and really support each other! Could not approve of Shake more and everyone should support their program as it vital!
I’ve been going to shake for a solid 8 months now and can say not only have I noticed but my family and peers have noticed an incredible growth mentally for me. The boys there hold it down, Jaxsyn always has a smile on his face and is great at offering guidance and helping me with any troubles I’m having.
